True North Online Booking Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Bookings are processed between 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Payment must be received no later than 2:00 pm the day before the transfer takes place.

We are unable to guarantee appointment times as well as exact pickup times.

There is a minimum one-hour window quoted on all pickups & drop-offs.

All bookings must be pre-paid. A payment link will be provided in the confirmation email for our credit card payment service provider.

Bookings may be amended or cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time by calling 1-478-737-1511. If cancelled within 4 hours no refund will be issued.


Terms and Conditions

30% surcharge will be applied to any bookings occurring between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 as well as all Sundays and STAT Holidays.

There will be no bookings accepted for Christmas Day (Dec 25th).

All bookings where we are waiting with the patient during an appointment automatically include 30 minutes of waiting time charges. If the appointment is in excess of 30 minutes, additional wait time will be charged to your credit card.

If the booking is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time, there will be no refunds issued. This also includes, but is not limited to, if the patient refuses to travel with us upon our arrival, or if the transfer is cancelled by facility staff upon our arrival.

All bookings include 15 minutes of loading time at the pickup and/or drop off location. Any waiting time in excess of the 15 minutes will result in an additional charge to your credit card.
