Health Authority clients and approved organizations can arrange patient transfers by calling our Help Desk at 1-478-737-1511, available daily from 6:00 AM to midnight. Clients may also manage bookings through our online portal, where you can create an account, schedule new transfers, and view or track upcoming, active, and completed transfers in real time. For any transfer changes or cancellations, please contact our Help Desk directly.
